I ordered on Monday night via Uber eats and I had forgotten to add something to one of pies and when I called, the young lady that picked up was very helpful and was able to add the missing item. Very nice and respectful. Overall, my order arrived hot and quick. Thank you. Good customer service

I received a Tmobile offer for a Free large 1 topping pizza and i had second thoughts about even coming to this location. I anticipated a chaotic, rude environment but the experience was great. The associate was friendly. I did an online carry out order and i was In and Out. Just from this encounter ive really considered coming back.

I love the prices and the Pizza is good HOWEVER you guys waste too much time talking and struggle to get the things you need across the street. It Should Not Take that long for you guys to start making your Pizza. If you guys stop being lazy half the time and actually work. I would give 4 or 5 stars. I havent experienced any issues except waiting time. Sometimes you guys take too long. Papa Johns get some workers that put in the work. Oh and the Menu changes way too fast on the TV Screen. Please have a Menu up at all times for new Customers. EDIT: I see an improvement in workrate, getting the Pizza ready faster and less sloppy. Good! Now from a 3 to a 4 Star

I order ahead of time which was good because when I arrive the place was pack with school kids, and only one worker I’m hoping a manager, supervisor, boss someone will see this and hire more staff the girl that was waiting for food said this is regular (one worker) which is incredibly insane being that this location is pretty busy!!! My papadia were good but not the best looking I’m not even mad cause again one worker doing EVERYTHING....I didn’t get his name but he was very sweet I hope you can get some help in there slavery days are over so I thought 🥴
