Let me start by saying, the customer service was great in my personal experience! The place looks clean and it wasn't busy at all. The lady who took my order (I said hi but she didn't respond) but it's okay! is a big store for only 2 employees taking orders from online and in persons, it make sense if they are overwhelmed even though is not an excuse.... While I was placing my order the female cooker approached the cashier to verify our oder because; I ordered 3 sandwiches with extra sausage since to be that she was confused lol but (I give her a high five) for verifying my order to make sure that everything I order was correct" the only upside-down was that they started to talk in their language and I personally believe that they should speak in English just in case of any misunderstanding the customer can correct any misinformation about he/her order but I understand that the lady doesn't speak too much English but I think she should learn at least the Dunkin Donuts menu 😊 I didn't asked if they have restroom of so is not available to the public. Overall I do recommend 👌

Small but Good service.. workers are great. It does get packed most of the time in the morning but it's a great place to stop by if you want get some coffee and donuts.

This location is clean and has enough seating. The seating areas are diverse in that there are standard tables and chairs with a corner living room type setting as well. The servers are courteous and fast. There is plenty of parking as well although getting here using mass transit is not too easy.

Classy but underplayed interior , not very crowded and completely the dunkin donuts experience.

Same as almost all the Dunkin donuts on the chain had only minimal amount of choices but they usually have what you want unless you want over of the oddities available in only the larger stores. They have most of the food was well. Store is kept clean and orderly and on good repair. Parking is free in the attached lot.

Jackie was very attentive to my needs. She was very professional and detail oriented. She took her time to suggest me sweets on the menu which tasted so good. 5 Star service! Thanks again Dunkin!

Nice spot for a cup of coffee , or your favorite breakfast sandwich. Staff super nice plenty of seats . Great location , off waters place, with a connection to the Marriott. Parking is ok.

I went to get an iced mocha latte at this establishment and was extremely satisfied from the customer service. The cleanliness of the place and the tastiness of the drink.

THE MORNING EMPLOYEE'S ARE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. ALWAYS GREETS YOU WITH A SMILE WHICH IS HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS. THE COFFEE IS ALRIGHT TOO.
