Peacock Restaurant

I wish there was a zero because they suck! I couldn't even get my order because before the guy who answered the phone could hear me ask my total, he hung up on me! When I called back he yelled at me. Telling me that he told me the price but he didn't when I said stop yelling sir, he asked do I want it or no! I said no never again! Never! They need better customer service! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A 1 HUH! THEY GOT LUCKY WITH THESE PUNK A** STARS!

I ordered chicken and spicy pork fried rice and I didn't receive any soy sauce or duck sauce I called up to make a complaint her response was I know I sent you hot sauce as if I wanted more spice with an already spicy meal every Chinese restaurant besides this place that I've ever visited give you soy sauce and duck sauce so that you may enjoy your food how you intended to so i mention to her that I wouldn't be ordering from them anymore her response was "yeah yeah " followed by a click all I have to say to that is if you own a business you should treat your customers with respect so that they may feel comfortable and know that you care because when you don't it shows that if you don't care about your service then you probably and most likely don't care about the food you serve people either  because I wasn't aggressive about my complaint at all I just mentioned that it's been two times that I haven't received the usual condiments I think as a business owner if you care about what your serving people and you care about your customer and repeat business you would at the very least show a little bit of respect by apologizing very rude service delivery guy is nice $8 minimum which is a little annoying being told I need to order more food so I would order a soda every delivery I gave $10 the change being the tip on a 725 meal so it's not so much about the amount of spending as much as it was that I felt I wasn't given the delivery guy as good of a tip as I would like to because he seems like a really nice guy but I will never order from that place again since it's not that great anyways I'll gladly pay a delivery fee to the restaurant down the street verse the overall experience with this place
