The line is usually long, the location is popular. If you don't want to wait as long you can always order via the app. Staff has always been friendly to us, but it sometimes customers come in believing they are being catered to by their personal chefs and waitstaff. Treat ppl with kindness and it will be reciprocated.
Delivery drivers take up the far majority of pick up area.

The food is good and served hot when I do order. The place is maintained for the most part. The service is usually normal unless waiting for some items to be made. The staff are polite to customers in this location.

I visited this location on the very busy afternoon of December 22, 2018 and the line was pretty long.They were clearly under-staffed as the manager, a very efficient & pleasant lady named Munni, was also taking & serving orders. The food was excellent though- especially the chicken. One suggestion in addition to increasing the staff would be to have a long bench set up along the wall to the right of (and for) the people waiting in line. Popeye's Chicken is an all time favorite for my family. Keep up the good work! LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYE'S!!!
