Best Micky D's I've been to Ina while ( in the Bronx) customer service was awesome and I'm just waiting to see if my application went thru yet, waiting PATIENTLY for a call back. I feel like I have the perfect qualifications for the team..

Unfortunately, my location, Arthur/ Tremont, is the worst.. they take toooo long to just take ur order and than it takes even longer to process... WHOLE NEW TEAM NEEDED ASAP..

I had a iced caramel mocha macchiato, and it was good, and I look forward to getting another one. They had what I went to McDonald's for, and then didn't have to get any substitutes.

The service moves fast if you go on the inside the drive through moves slow but I just think its because people really act like they don't know what they want to order

I especially liked the touch screen order menu, My order was filled immediately. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes.

I don't usually visit this place but from the last time I did, I notice a big difference. The place looks much cleaner. There's not as much loitering as before and I even saw they have security on site. An employee was cleaning the tables and the windows during my visit. I enjoyed my lunch break without any disturbance.

I have to say that the best Frappe maker is Julissa. I have tried 4 times at this location, and 2 of those have been made by her and the taste is completely different...

I've been here a number of times. I only had an issue once with my breakfast sandwich. They left the cheese off and I had to go back to the restaurant to get it fixed. Other than that it's not a bad location. If it's crowded you will wait. The kiosks seem to work okay but I don't have to use them all the time. The food is good and hot when I have ordered. The employees are nice enough. I usually always get the food to go so by what I can see I would say the place is clean enough.
