A little bit confusing since they modernized the place. There's no clear line and it's difficult to see who already ordered and who is waiting for their orders resulting in the lowlife b&itch in front of me catching a little bit of an attitude. Other than that the place looks great and the service is wonderful. This is the Westchester Sq location.

Very laid back atmosphere. The workers/crew were dedicated to great service and good food. I tried the New pretzel baconator and the ghost pepper fries. Both were a hit. They did not miss with this one.

Food is fresh people who work there are nice just very very slow on orders. Like extremely slow. Like the slowest fast food place you will go to. Overall if your not in a rush your in good hands. I hope the makeover of the dinning area is beautiful. Can’t wait to see

They definitely have good food and their service is okay nothing good or bad but it’s decent and their food is always hot and good the area does have a lot of homeless and plp who smoke and go in too for food so it does smell a bit funky

This has got to be one of the busiest Wendy's located here in the Bronx. Their food is always hot, fresh, and served quickly. They do work very hard to get people out quickly, and they do. The bathroom always needs more attention. Sometimes, it looks like a train station bathroom. Extremely dirty, and smells unbearable at times. I just go for the food. Which is great quality and hot. The work stations are quite clean as you can see them clean as they work. A very hard thing to keep up with when it's always busy. They do it up, and keep their customers happy. A must visit store for food quality.

Great food, but the staff seems to be tired all the time. They must change their way they talk to the customer by the microphone. They are rude sometimes. Diplomacy is part of business.
