The manager is very nice and professional and so friendly. She is always greeting everyone and making sure everyone is fine, I love the kindness. The workers also helped me with my order and decide what to get for a good price. I always come here and always see a good environment

This place is clean and for the most part they are polite and efficient. There was a mix up with my online order so of course I had to go in person to sort out the situation the manager was there and one of the employees knew about the mix-up also, I guess they realized their mistake after the order was picked up by Grubhub, but she immediately corrected with no fuss I completely appreciated this.

I visited the location on W 231st + brdwy on Sun. 10/13/19 - Great service by Ms. Kesow (I hope I spelled her name correctly) she is really courteous and single handedly managed the front counter gracefully, even before I got to the counter (I was 3rd in line) I overheard an older lady comment to her friend that your employee, Ms. Kesow was very pleasant.
Give that girl a raise and a bonus for a job well done, she represents your franchise very well. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This is the best Popeyes only when the male manager is there. Grew kinder & more patient. Please get rid of the ride lady she is very slow, rude & apparently she doesn't make mistakes. She refused to take my coupon because it expired while on line. I'm not the only one who had this problem.
