Food is Good 😋
Based on my experience on 7/6/21. I was greed by the cashier named Arianna, she provided me with a good customer service I requested the 16 pcs family meal only dark meat without any problems also the manager answered all my questions about the issue with ordering on their website. The place is really clean from where I see
Bathrooms aren't accessible to the public, No diner in, only curbside, delivery or pick up.
I think the business owner or the Management company should read customer complaints and improve their business because No customers No business! Good business brings more customers.
Note 📝I went weekday around 1:30 pm it was empty and weekends could be more busy but that should not change it the quality of service. I am going back soon 😉 anything I will change my review
Had lunch here with my daughter. I was impressed with the food. Very flavorful, well presented and exactly what we ordered. Inside it was clean, tables and garbage disposal areas were tidy. I appreciated their customer service. Although not friendly, it was definitely courteous. Conveniently located in Bay Plaza Shopping Center. Close to public transportation buses Q50, Bx23, Bx26 and Bx29.
The amanager anne marie and the assistant were THE BEST. Every time i come here Anne Marie is polite and courteous. Love coming to this establishment. They're the best when it comes to customer service.! Super Happy 😁😁
This is a nice place to get a quick meal to go is what we did. It is conveniently located on Bartow Avenue, right off the New England Thruway I-95 exit 11. If you're driving, just make a right onto Bartow Avenue, and you can't miss it. We went through the drive-thru and ordered crispy, spicy fried chicken with a side order rice & and beans and a biscuit. It was pretty delicious and decently priced.
I did drive thru yesterday 10/12/23 and Zoey took my order and she is very friendly and amazing soul.
No complaints.
Staff was courteous, and the food was ready in a timely manner.
The food is good, but damn place is always packed. It's better to buy the food through drive through and eat at home. The staffs are laid back and slow, seems like they are short staffed. Took 30min to get the food from the counter. This place is definitely the best for fried chickens, way better than KFCs.
The food is always good but the service is a bit slow due to mostly being to many customers and in the drive way it be the same but over all I don't have a problem. I give dem a cool 7
