If I could rate this location as ZERO, I would!
I order from Pizza Hut at least every other week, if not once a week!
Recently we moved to Broken Arrow and this has been the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I’ve ever had with any food industry!
I placed my order online (like always), around 8:10PM.
The pizza never arrived. When I called to speak to the manager, Carlos, it was apparent that he has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and apparently no control over his drivers!
I am a manager and I would NEVER treat a customer the way I was treated! Absolutely pathetic!
I will NOT be ordering from this location EVER AGAIN!!!!
If I were you, I would order from 71st and Memorial! I’ve never had an issue at that location and ordered there for more than three years!!

Thanks for the freshly dropped pizza I just spent $36 on. As if taking longer than estimated for delivery and being below room temperature upon arrival wasn't already a joy. Awesome!

Tried a new location off of 81st and elm. Customer service was good but the quality of food just wasn't quite there compared to the one off of Kenosha and 193rd. I know that they get their food off of the same truck but for some reason it must be in the preparation. One last thing do not buy the chicken wings without the bone all they are is breaded chicken nuggets with sauce put on top if you will put anything in your mouth I'm sure they will taste great but for some of us it taste gross.

Pizza is what youd expect, not bad at all. The only issue I've had is with the doorbell. My advice to to wear hearing protection if you plan on entering the building.

This rating is based on which experience you prefer: eating in or delivery. If your choosing delivery, I would rate this restaurant 4 stars. Your food is delivered fresh and hot in a swift fashion. However, if you opt to eat inside, I would give this location one star. The staff is far more concerned with their delivery orders, so you might have a bit of a wait while you’re inside. Also, they don’t have any staff checking on you, so if you need something, you might have to wait for a minute before receiving your request.
