I have been using this location for over 10 years and have always been happy with everything but over the last few months it's consistently been disappointing on Pick-up and Delivered orders both that I've used. Keep getting these where the middle is completely undercooked and glued to the middle of the box. I'm not sure what's going on but this is not how this location usually is!

Pizza quality is consistent with Papa Johns quality. Workers were nice and helpful. Deducted a star only because they forgot to substitute a marinara sauce with the breadsticks for a cheese sauce as ordered. As for any carry out, always make sure to check order before leaving. I went back in and they fixed it for me quickly and were nice about it. No other issues.

This location is horrible. The girl that answers the phone is rude as hell. They forgot one of our pizzas and she gave me such an attitude on the phone, and hung up on me. We had to go to the location, talk with the manager and he got us our pizza. No apologies, no credits, no nothing. Just attitude. Plus, the male manager is the only one who wears a uniform. the other two girls (delivery girl) and the rude one that answers the phone wear their pajamas. I wish you could choose what locations to deliver from.

The apathy of the clerk working at this store is astounding, our order was delivered to the wrong address and when we tried to call this Papa John's several times, no one answered. I drove all the way up there and I explained to him that we never got our order and he acted like it wasn't their problem at all. I also told him there must be something wrong with their phone because I was calling the store right then and heard no ringing, and he literally rolled his eyes and just shrugged it off. He offered No discount at all for the inconvenience. I am awaiting my full refund. No one could care less at this store. Never ordering anything from them again.

Would rate it a negative stars if I could. Tired of how many times this location gives such terrible customer service and getting away with. Always making excuses. And never wanting. To do there flippin jobs. I'm a pizza driver. And this would be unacceptable and would be fired. I thought I'd go out on the limb and try ordering from you guys again after months of not ordering. F you guys. Lost my business forever now.

This was our first and last visit to this location. When I walked in to pick up our order, my first impression was that it looked dirty. I just felt gross being there. Our pizza was ready immediately despite our early arrival, which was the only thing that earned them a single star. The box was smeared with sauce, making it awkward to set in my vehicle for the 5-minute trip home. When we opened the box at home, there was virtually no cheese, and what little was there looked unmelted. It looked quite unappetizing, and we debated returning it -- but we were tired and hungry. Should've just tossed it. It was not warm in the slightest, and the toppings were downright cold. The cheese proved to really be unmelted in several places. Bitterly disappointed and feeling ripped off. Never again.

Ordered $70 of food to receive a 3 meat pizza that looks like a cheese, jalapeno poppers that were crushed, and a cookie that was like a brick. I called to talk to a manager and they agreed to make me a new one but didn't act like they cared a whole lot that they gave me a bad pizza in the first place and told me the only way they would replace it was if I brought the old pizza up there. When I went to replace the pizza the overall appearance of the store was dirty and dingy and the worker was not utilizing gloves (even in the middle of a pandemic). Overall I'm wondering why I spent $70 dollars on a bunch of subpar food that's no better than a frozen pizza at walmart. Will not be ordering from here again.

This place saved us from the horrible experience at 31st and garnett. Two rude girls took over n hr for delivery. The never got it. Wouldn't even tell me if they canceled the order. But this place was very fast very nice and busy mind u. We picked it up. Thank u for saving our new year Elm Papa John BA!!!
