I ordered online for pickup. The time they gave was exact. The lady at the drive up window was friendly. The pizza was Great! My 5 year old granddaughter, a picky pizza eater, had a personal pan cheese pizza and ate 3 of the 4 pieces. Usually picks the tops off other pizzas and doesn't touch the crust. She ate it all and gave an 11 thumbs up. Good job Pizza Hut

Never use this Pizza Hut, they never have change and walk away with all the money you hand them. Ordered pizza last night, it was $22 and I only had $40 , he of course didn’t have change so I told him he needed to go get some change for me and he got mad and started cussing and pulled a loaded gun on me. Don’t use Pizza Hut! BA cops took my report and recommended not to use them again.

The pizza is consistently hot and tastes amazing. The employees, especially the managers, are incredibly professional. This is the best Pizza Hut location I've ever eaten at.

I called in the order and specified few times that we need a large stuffed crust veggie lover minus olives and add jalapeno. But still it came in wrong with a meat lovers for the pizza. Then i had to wait for my pizza for ever. By that time we lost our appetite to eat the pizza what we anticipated to eat for sunday supp..
. This kind of services we have been getting it for last few months from this store . We been ordering from this store over 20 yrs. Lately it is going down from its quality of the product and the service. Sad very sad.

I know there are so many pizza restaurants in my area but Pizza Hut is by far the best pizza in Broken Arrow. Plenty of toppings, cheese and every bite was perfect!

I came in today for the big dinner box. Which was absolutely delicious. Everything was very fresh and tasted great. I had the pleasure of dealing with Amy in the drive thru. She was incredibly sweet, full of smiles, and in a good mood. We will be back!!! I love great customer service. Thank you Amy and Pizza Hut 😁

Pizza was made to our specific order, it was hot and fresh! Outside of facility could be cleaner and better maintained.

We have two issues. First off, every time we have attempted to order a pan-crust pizza from this store over the last 5 or so attempts, they are always unavailable. Our order times have varied in terms of time and date, so that is frustrating. This time we were not informed by the store of their lack of pan and they just made a substitution without informing us or asking if we were all right with that.
