We haven’t been to Applebees in a while so we decided to go dinner there Sunday. Everything was perfect. The bartender Lesley was great and very knowledgeable of the drinks and food. She was super nice and efficient. As you see the food looked appetizing and tasted even better. Even the broccoli was delicious! Thanks y’all, we’ll be back soon
The food was excellent, but the waitress acted like she didn't want to work. Poor customer service.
Everything was great. We are seniors 71 and 75 and there is no handicapped entryway. We had a tough time climbing steps to enter. The manager saw us struggling, came out to help us get in. I don't remember his name. A thin well mannered white fellow. He was a true blessing. It was around 3pm. Our server Kendall was efficien, patient and knowledgeable. We enjoyed service.
I must confess, it's been about 3 years give or take, more give than take lol, since I have eaten at Applebee's. This location was the reason. It was really bad the last time. But this time was a completely different experience. My food was AMAZING 😋!!! I got the bourbon chicken, with loaded garlic mashed potatoes and garlicky green beans. It was really good and definitely did not disappoint. All of the food was seasoned perfectly ANNND being a take out order.... I thought it would be wrong, but nope the order was exactly right. Definitely going back!!!
It was rather busy for a Friday lunch but was seated immediately. Server was right there for drinks and appetizers or drinks were brought right away. She then took our order. Food was brought in a reasonable time. Food was very good and tasty. She was very good a refilling our drinks and had a very good server skills. So it was a very enjoyable experience.
I went here for an early dinner. They weren't very busy so we were able to get a seat immediately. Our waiter Corey was friendly and helpful. Service was a little slow. However, our food was hot, fresh and worth the wait.
Food was good, but the atmosphere on that day was horrible, only because their air wasn't working, but with that, you would have thought there would have been some type of compensation for the horrible heat we had to endure. Servers were still pleasant in the midst of the heat, and I appreciated that and felt sorry for them at the same time, but they made it work, and my hat goes off to them for making lemonade out of 🍋

Greeted at the door and went to the hostess station. I asked if we could place an order to go...the hostess disappeared! About 5 minutes later, another server approached us and asked if we had been helped. I told her I thought the hostess misunderstood what I asked, and she was perhaps in the back looking for my order. She said, that's why I'm asking if I can help you! We then said we decided to eat there and could we sit in the bar area? As she was gathering menus for us, another server walked up to us and said, "would you like to sit in my station"? And, I said, absolutely...lead the way! She was great! Took our order, brought waters quickly, then our cocktails, apps came out quickly followed by our main course. She checked on us and said she would be back to get our dessert order! However, she did notice I couldn't finish my entree and brought me a to go box and asked my friend if he would like one as well. No pressure for the dessert, we packed up our leftovers, paid our lovely waitress, left a tip (over 20%) and left. We will be back and hopefully, she will still be working there!!
Thank you Corey for a great experience! He was nice and took extra sanitary measures while serving us and that was greatly appreciated! The restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom. I love this sign in the ladies restroom! Thanks for the reminder!
This is the best Applebees I have ever been in. It was extremely clean even though it is not a brand new restaurant… The food was very good. Our service was fantastic! Bonnie could not have given us better service!
