Charleys Philly Steaks

Such a shame this is my favorite place to eat and the past three time i’ve went there they have gotten my order wrong. Waited 25 min for my small philly cheese steak and side of fries. Then when I got the sub the meat was burnt AND it wasn’t what I wanted. I asked for jalapeño and when I told the guy he threw cold jalapeños all over my box of food and asked if that was enough when usually they cook them in with the meat. Then when I got done eating not even 25-30 min later I got sick everywhere. Another girl I work with are there the same day and we both were puking in the bathroom. The workers were so rude and had no clue what they were doing. something needs to be done

Terrible experience. Burnt my sub. I complained only to get yelled at and threated by a dark haired employee. Another employee offered me another sub and then gave it to the wrong customer and then when the customer came back up and gave it back to them and told them it was the wrong sub they tried to pass that same sub off on me. I tried to find out who the manager was and none of the 5 employees working would tell me. Not worth the chance of getting a burnt sub and yelled at if you complain.
