Taco Bell

It was more the staff than food that was the reason for this review unfortunately. We came in to order to dine in but we waited up front for 2 of the employees who were obviously ignoring us and when we finally flagged them down they directed us to the kiosk ( Both were down so they didn't work) then proceeded to ignore us once again for a few more minutes while more customers were coming in behind us. Finally we were approached by the manager.... who well started taking our order and then walked away rudely while we were attempting to tell her our order...... to talk to the other two employees who were laughing and paying more attention to a drive thru order and I'm assuming a dash order then the front.... we finally after about 20 minutes got to order... we didn't really get to enjoy our food because of the experience but well at least they tried to make it better with a few extra tacos.. cant say my family will be returning to this location again and I would rather make the trip to either Decatur or Dallas fort worth then to come back here and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Ordered $50 worth the food for my family. The taco party pack was the ONLY decent thing besides none of them or any of the extra tacos we had came with any cheese at all, my bean & cheese burrito add extra cheese was OLD DRY beans not even edible with NO cheese at all. I asked for a beefy 5 layer extra sour cream extra nacho cheese as thats how i always get it... There was barely any meat it was literally like a sour cream burrito. FULL of sour cream & nothing else but a few meat pieces. My 1 year old had a cheese roll up... That was dried up with little to no cheese.. Also got a crunch wrap which ill post the picture cause it self explains. On top of all of this the guy in drive thru was extremely RUDE & rushing us to order. I drive a HOUR to this taco bell & this is VERY disappointing. Will never be back to this location.

terrible service, if you are driving through just keep driving to decatur or the next town that has one, constantly have people inside the store but not answer the drive through and have the doors locked mid day(last time it happened was 4 pm when i went last time) no signs on the doors or the drive through indicating they are closed or anything but see 4-6 workers sitting around in the dining area just chilling but refusing to go to the door so you can ask how long they are closed for.

If you want a great meal order the super cheesy gordita meal. It's a lot of food for $7.59!! I always get two sides of guacamole for the taco and the gordita. The manager, Karrie is awesome. I thought a taco came with the meal I had ordered. She replaced it with an entire meal....she was so courteous, and i truly appreciate her professional manner. Karrie is an asset to Taco Bell. Kudos to Karrie and the Bridgeport Taco Bell!!

We went through the drive through an ordered a pretty decent sized order. The young man was very polite an patient with us as we dicided what we wanted to order. Even though we asked him several questions an to repeat him self bucause it's hard to hear in the drive through he was very helpful. The food was made in a timely manner the order was correct an actually was going I've a reasonable amount of napkins an sauce. Thank you for being so great.

Went through the drive through and orders 25 items. Got home and the order was completely wrong. Took the order and receipt back to store. By now it had been over twenty minutes. They walked in the back and brought my correct order up. By now everything is soggy. Who wants soggy crunchy tacos? I asked for it to be remade fresh. The manager on duty is very unprofessional and refuses to remake the food. I requested the GM name and number and says he won’t give it to me. Says come back Sunday morning if I want to complain. He won’t give me his name either. This place is in need of new management.
