I ordered food from bamboo garden and when I went to eat my chicken and string beans, the string beans were brown and looked very old. Definitely not fresh. The dumplings that we ordered were black like they just kept deep frying them over and over, also the egg rolls were very greasy. We went back to bamboo garden to ask for them to remake this food for us and they refused. I didn’t want my money back. I wanted my food remade because I was hungry. They would not remake it. Instead they gave me back 10 dollars which wasn’t even the amount of money that the food came to and told me to get out now. The people at bamboo garden are very rude and unprofessional. No costumer service skills at all.

Lady who answers phone "white lady"needs a personality check the food used to be great now it flat out sucks nothing fresh was my favorite used to recommend to everyone not anymore I would get McDonald's before I'd get that garbage oh and YNOT is a fake review iris hasn't been there for 3 years now nice try

I've been ordering from Bamboo for a couple of years, the food is good and delivery quick an polite. Problem is they have an American woman who works the phone. She is incredibly rude and claims to volunteer there. I won't go there anymore. I'm not a Karen lol, but I'm not gonna go somewhere where the service is rude. Again only when she is there. It's tough for small businesses in this environment. Eat at peking 88. Kind people decent food

Usually love this place was craving Chinese so bad. My wife's meal was tasteless ordered hot and spicy shrimp was no heat at all. I order sweet and sour chicken and found a small bug in it called up to complain they wouldn't give me a refund only offered me new sauce which I didnt want. Also had to pay for chopsticks and extra for my egg roll with my lunch meal. Really disappointed wont order from them again.

Food is always good here. They have generous portions. Employees are very accommodating - if you don’t want the egg rolls, they’ll offer you soup. They’re quick at making your food and getting you in and out. I have never had a bad experience here. Standout dishes are general tsos and sesame chicken. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

We have been customers for many years but the past few times, the food has been bland and completely tasteless. It is really hard to make shrimp lomein and egg fu young taste bad, but they have done it. Won't be coming back, waste of money So bad we threw it out.
