Outback Steakhouse

We had a wonderful dinner at Outback Steakhouse on a Thursday night. My wife was upset when someone who came in after us got a table before us. I think this hearkens back to her childhood when her sister would get the best cut of steak and she was left only with Hamburger Helper. We were served by Skyler with an e. She was totally awesome. I think she should be promoted to manager. The food was good too.

We came to outback steakhouse in brick randomly while driving around looking for a place to eat and were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the people are in this location. Our waitress Abby was on point with all her recommendations, she was so nice and the food was delicious. I can't say enough good things. She made Valentine's day special, Abby deserves a serious raise!

If you like subpar fast food with tons of grease and not much flavor then this is a place for you. Unfortunately I would have to admit this place was overly greased with unnecessary butter or something. I'm sure if you eat a full meal here you'll be on the toilet shortly in the future. Be sure to bring your air freshener before you leave that bathroom for the next guest. I recommend a slightly higher upscale steakhouse for the same price. Definitely not worth the cost, it's like Applebee's or Fridays comparison. But definitely is not like the image I have attached that we are used to, a real steakhouse.

Waited around 1.5 hours for our entree, was told it was “busy” however all the tables that came after us got their food. One table even got their check and left before we got our meals. Once the meals arrived we where just fed up and wanted to leave because the steaks where ordered medium rare and this is what we got. Didn’t even touch either steak and just got our bill to leave, terrible experience and paid $50 for a blooming onion basically. Below is the picture of our “medium rare” steak

excited and hungry until i got home with my order. Very disappointed missing good, no side condiments we paid extra for as well as a burger that looked like this. supposed to be medium but looked like a well done burger not to mention the abs emcee of all the toppings, lettuce, onions etc. but look at there version of the tomato. it was literally like jelly. don’t know how they can call this food. everyone’s side dishes were thrown together we had to find our sides nothing was with the proper meal. very disappointed and scared after i see what they are serving. do it gets better. i get the arrogant manager on the phone and he addresses me with i’ll give you a 20$ gift card. i did that doesn’t even cover my missing food. then he says i’m quite busy and can i hurry up. that was it i’m done with this place. never again. My family and I went to outback for my birthday. The food was good and all but our server/bartender Kevin was PHENOMENAL. Never met Kevin before but he went the extra mile to make sure we had a good night. We probably wouldn't of went back for awhile but I will be making sure to come back even to sit at the bar for Kevin. Kevin, thank you for making my birthday great with my family. The service was 10/10 and the food was 8/10. Kevin thank you again!!

We eat here fairly regularly but tonight was outstanding. The blooming shrimp was fantastic. We had a problem with our order and it was resolved immediately. They replaced our meals. Our server, Sophia V, was quick, attentive and very friendly. Stuff happens but Sophia and Outback made it right. Great evening.
