Call order in and undoubtedly phone service was rolled over to answering service which assisted me in.taking my order. After arriving at the location,the pizza hut had no record of my order, I had to show them my phone and the time of call. I was told one price and after the confusion and 25 minute wait I had to pay a different amount. What is happening to this country and customer satisfaction?

Would give 1 star but the pizza was good but the service inside the restaurant might be the worst I've ever encountered in my life and it's not even close. It took 90 min to get our pizza,and I finally got up and got my own drinks also the Waiter spilled a mountain dew on the floor by our table and never cleaned it up just pitiful. The restaurant was pretty much empty but looked like this

Excellent pizza and friendly service. The crust on the pizza was the best we have ever had. It was light and crispy, perfect. The pizza was great with generous toppings. The manager treated up at the window and made us feel welcome. Thank you!

Every time I order from this particular store, my order is perfect and customer service is always excellent; I gladly drive the extra distance to order from this store. The store in Flomaton, AL is closer to my home, however, they consistently destroy my order, provide an inferior product, and have horrible customer service.

Apparently we got the recession style tonight. All crust very very little topping on supreme pizza. There was at least 2/1-2 inches of crust all the way around pizza.Hunt Brothers at the shell station on the 4 lanes best .

My pizza was hot, delicious with adequate toppings and was ready at the alloted time given. My family really enjoyed the dining out experience.
