This place is absolute a joke. Not only was the customer service terrible but the bagel we ordered wasn’t toasted was covered with cream cheese to the point you couldn’t eat it. The bagel was still cold like it came out of the freezer.

The ladies that work during the week in the morning are incredibly friendly and lovely. Their coffee and breakfast sandwiches are MUCH better than the competition.

A friend and I routinely visit the Brewer Tim Hortons. On our recent visit, we both ordered our favorite sandwich, the steak & cheddar paninni. We also ordered Bismarck donuts. The sandwich brings us to the shop every time we get together for a visit. It's absolutely delicious!
The staff at this shop are friendly, professional, polite, helpful, and always make the drive-thru experience pleasant. Add to it that TH makes excellent coffee, sandwiches, and pastries, and Tim Hortons is a secret that must be revealed as a wonderful fast food option for the Brewer, Maine, region.

I really love this place. When I lived in Bangor I was here quite often. Now I get there 'every so often'.
The coffee is great and today I had the lemon muffin. Yummy!
The service was very good.

I usually went here for ice cream because I love Cold Stone. But the execution here is very inconsistent at best. I can order one of the signature recipes 3 times and get it made with 3 different base ice creams (this actually happened) with each person assuring me they were correct. I mean, it says right on the signature recipe what it should be.
That said, they weren't inedible. Just not what I was looking for. Never had an issue getting breakfast items there, though, so at least that aspect runs smoothly as far as I can tell. It's not outstanding in any way, but it's realistically priced and reasonably portioned food similar to Dunks, McDs, or other fast breakfast locations.

People have always told me their coffee and food was gross so I've never tried for years. I finally went and got an ice coffee, Boston creme donut and blueberry muffin for my husband. I thoroughly enjoyed my ice coffee and donut and my husband really liked his muffin! I'll definitely be going back!
