Tim Hortons

A friend and I routinely visit the Brewer Tim Hortons. On our recent visit, we both ordered our favorite sandwich, the steak & cheddar paninni. We also ordered Bismarck donuts. The sandwich brings us to the shop every time we get together for a visit. It's absolutely delicious! The staff at this shop are friendly, professional, polite, helpful, and always make the drive-thru experience pleasant. Add to it that TH makes excellent coffee, sandwiches, and pastries, and Tim Hortons is a secret that must be revealed as a wonderful fast food option for the Brewer, Maine, region.

I usually went here for ice cream because I love Cold Stone. But the execution here is very inconsistent at best. I can order one of the signature recipes 3 times and get it made with 3 different base ice creams (this actually happened) with each person assuring me they were correct. I mean, it says right on the signature recipe what it should be. That said, they weren't inedible. Just not what I was looking for. Never had an issue getting breakfast items there, though, so at least that aspect runs smoothly as far as I can tell. It's not outstanding in any way, but it's realistically priced and reasonably portioned food similar to Dunks, McDs, or other fast breakfast locations.
