We went to Applebee's around 6:30 today and we were seated. The host gave us a menu and a happy hour menu. I specifically asked about the hours and was told it was all day. The waiter came to take our order. A little bit later another waitress came and said the drinks were ringing up regular price and no one knew how to correct it in the system. I informed her there was no need to go any further as we were going elsewhere. This was a horrible first experience. We ended up having a great meal down the freeway. No Applebee's for me.

This is my second time ordering ribs from here. I ordered through favor app so the first time the ribs were delicious,tender & falling off the bones. I ordered the same thing today & I must say the ribs were tough so I was a little disappointed in the quality of the food. I probably won't order from here again after this experience because that was money wasted for food that went in the trash.

We're just told no bartender today! We would have to sit at a table and maybe could get a beer. Short staff! Always something with this location Won't be back!

Horrible service, asked to be seated and hostess said that the bartender will get upset if we sat at the bar area. I asked why and she looked like she was afraid of the guy. Needless to say we did not go any further and left.

The food can be good or bad sometimes, it all depends who is preparing it. I try the new bowl. Don't try the orange chicken bowl it has a bad taste, the chicken grill was good. Remember it's frozen food heated up, is not fresh. Don't get alcohol drinks waste of money.

Service was great and the food was good, gave 4 star due to shrimp was under cooked. Manager was accommodating. Serve was new but did great. Thanks Nikosio, sorry if misspelled your name.

My server Lili did a wonderful job serving me and my valentine. We shared a great tasting meal and some drinks to get things going. The restaurant is clean and well managed and the bartender is personable.
