We got an order to go on 12/27/21 and it was horrible. The oil was so dirty, I can't believe they would actually serve food out of that fryer. The fact that someone in the kitchen looked at this food and decided it was ok to serve tells you all you need to know about the place. Fish was overcooked on top of it.

Absolutely amazing food and staff! Traveled from Boston to hike in Brattleboro and stopped in at Elliot. The fish and chips are incredible and the buffalo chicken wrap is delicious.
Donnalie (I assume owner or manager) is one of the friendliest faces I’ve come across at any establishment. She made sure we were taken care of and was an absolute joy to talk to.
I highly suggest dining here!

Very good customer service. Seemed like the only people working both times I went were two women, but they killed it. Very large portion of fries for $5, and a killer chicken sammie. Will be a regular when I come into the area.

Solid choice for take out in Brattleboro especially when you get tired of the (very good) Asian spots. Fish is well prepared and fried are good enough. Too much plastic containers with sauces so if you don’t want that let them know.

Grossest sweet potato fries of my life; change your oil I am aghast you served these to a customer.

We stopped on our way to Vermont for a quick lunch. Disappointed. The falafels were over fried, the hummus bland and the carrots came right out of a pre packaged carrot bag. The fish was very fishy and they were placed on top of loads of greasy fries. The place itself needy a little TLC.

1st time ordering. The haddock ala cart & 3 pc chicken tenders. I think the oil was possibly old? The fish was not crispy like shown on their website & it was greasy. The chicken was dry. The sauces, tarter & honey mustard was very good, great location, very nice staff. I think $9 bucks for what I ordered was a great price point, but unfortunately my son didn't like the chicken, and I didn't try the fish. So, I am not able to rate taste; however it does smell really good in the restaurant and they offer outside seating.

Generally speaking I am a fan, nice slices of lemon, not too oily fish, pretty good fry in their fries (yall know Im serious about my fries). If you are regular amount hungry the Tiny (which is not Tiny) will probably do ya juuuust fine. This time around it wasn't the best, granted they were SLAMMED. I would say the fish was not as crispy as usual and I was bummed that most of the very generous portion of fries were the little potato nubbens. Either way worth the trip, and they were hustling!
