Nothing was wrong with my meal but the manager is extremely rude. Gave us attitude because we wanted our food made fresh and rolled his eyes at my woman because of it. I have called corporate and will continue to follow up with them until I know something happens to that rude manager.

So I drove through the drive through and ordered my meal, the guy taking my order made us laugh so hard. He was extremely pleasant and had a great attitude even though it's 9pm. (With staff shortages I'm sure he's been here all day) when I drove up to pay for my meal, I HAD to ask to speak to whomever was taking my order. I had the enjoyment of meeting Aiden. Literally the best encounter I've had with a customer service employee. Aiden it was a pleasure meeting you, that attitude and positive mindset will get you far in life. Thanks for the laughs.

Food was good but so much ketchup and mustard my first bite it went all over my light pink hoodie. We only had reg. Burgers. We ended up tossing them.

Poor service! The food was hot and delicious. The fries were crispy and yummy but the people are just hostel.

I could t go through the drive thru cause of the truck I was driving. BK was closed inside. Employee was outside taking a break and offered to get me my order. Thank you for going way and beyond. Merry Christmas!
