Jimmy John's

Order online, my coworker tried and it said he was out of the delivery area but mine went through which I thought was weird. But I waited and after 30 mins it was still saying order received and not even out for delivery yet. I called Bc my lunch break was almost over and I expressed my concern and the guy on the phone told his manager the issue and I could here him yelling, they’re out of my delivery area and being all rude. Then I guess he told the guy to take my coworkers order since they already had to come here. By that time I was fuming Bc not only was he acting like customers were a burden but I had wasted my whole lunch break waiting for nothing. Told him to cancel it and hung up.

First time coming to a Jimmy johns, I expected to be told something about a sandwich other than what the menu says. (Has mayo, tomato, Lettuce, onion, etc.) Ended up having to change things after we ordered because we just didn't know whats normal there. They are also unable to heat up meat so not a great place for your pregnant lady. Thankfully there is a kum and go that will let you heat your meat up just down the road. Other than that there was a guy at the register who seemed to not want to take our order so he switched with the guy at the end of the line. He finished our sandwich, put it on the counter asked if we wanted a bag and then sat the bag on the counter next to the sandwiches. Also forgot to give us packs of mustard....Joey tribbiani wouldn't come here and be happy.
