Taco John's

Would give a zero if possible. Dec 28th at 9pm. I went through the drive through, it started off by the kid butchering my order multiple times. Once we finally figured that out I pulled up to the window and was only given half my order and no drink. So I called them back to the window to get the rest of my order, or so I thought. They forgot a spicy chicken griller, my bottle of water, and two sides of nacho cheese. When I realized things were missing I called to let them know and they attempted to argue with me about what they gave me, so I was fed up and just let it be. The water was my fault I should have noticed, but between being frustrated with these two it must have fell through the cracks.

Went thru the drive thru Ordered a chicken quesadilla extra chicken got home wit my child opened it up def not extra chicken. Called to let them kno they said I had to come back. Let them know I have to get my child fed n 2 bed. They said that I needed 2 come same day. It seems like nights have gotten lazy. Thank God this stores morning people r the best. Only redeeming quality right now.

First time eating at this chain fast food joint. Friendly and fast service with decent portion sizes and flavor. Knocking off one star only because the burritos we got did not have a crispy inner taco shell as described (it was corn but not crispy). Appeared to be clean and well kept and the person who took our order was very nice.
