Pizza Hut

We always tip our drivers but one employee is never happy with how much we tip. Gives a condescending tone while delivering the pizza we ordered and says to "have a safe night" as if he is threatening me. If you make normal hourly wage, do not expect tips. If the tips you are getting are not enough then find a better job. I'll come in to get the pizza next time that way I won't have someone making me feel guilty of something for just ordering food.

Loved they offered this for valentines We ordered on actual valentines day Perfect size for 2ppl. Pepperoni was perfect So cute and thoughtful Perfect end to a crazy day that we were trying to also avoid crazy waits or monday night reservations on valentines day. Thank you for my favorite food presented in a beautiful way

My family loves pizza hut, but this one had given us nothing but problems! We've complained multiple times over issues with orders being wrong, bad delivery drivers, and missing food. We ordered last Wednesday and this is how our two large stuff crust pizzas and our 16 wings came. Everything was also cold. We called and asked to speak to a manager, but we were transferred to a customer service call center. We could either be credited for the items or wait another hour or so for more food. I really wish they had better training for their staff.

2 words. Terrible. Service. I came in and asked for a cheese pizza at 11:20pm the cashier responded “We’re not accepting new orders your pizza will not be done until just about time for us to close.” They close at 12am. The pizzas are advertised as 15-20 mins to complete and that would still put us roughly around 11:40 .. 11:45pm if I’m being generous. I understand that people hate their jobs I really do but please, that’s just ghetto as hell.

Sign board was not lighted/illuminated at night (went around 8.00 PM) and had to circle around for 15 minutes to find the place. When asked Pizza hut manager not fixing the sign board, her attitude was not good. Secondly, compared to W. Hillsborough avenue Branch quality, here the Pizza quality was not good.
