Went to this location on a Wednesday night & had an amazing experience with my partner. We were greeted with smiles & offered assistance soon as we walked in the door, our food was fresh & tasted amazing. Our shakes were great as well. The manager was awesome as well. Will definitely return.

Food was perfect! You have to order at a kiosk now, but the lady Margi? (I believe?) was absolutely fantastic!! She was so nice, friendly and attentive. She constantly checked in on us and everyone else there and offered assistance multiple times. She made the experience wonderful!

More like a 3.5 but no option for that. Anyways it would be a 4 if the employees were a little bit more friendly. Your drive through employee today was the worst. Not greeting anyone at the speaker then saying Hello and saying she's waiting on them to order. Like what the heck. I told her most people wait for the greeting to order. She looked at me nasty and said I did greet her. She handed me my food, i said thank you and she ignored me. The food is always good on the plus side. So thank your cook because if not for them it'd be rated 2 stars.

I like the new setup. Kiosk to order. Cook makes your food and you get it when ready. Great solution. Wish there was a way to add a tip to the order. They employees did a great job.

Very disappointed with today's visit. We learned that they no longer serve chicken sandwiches. We ordered three burgers which were very subpar! The burgers were crushed and very greasy! This will definitely be our last visit. Such a shame. They used to be an enjoyable place to visit with good food... no longer.

This particular Steak and Shake, I do not know about all, was order at a kiosk oh, sit down, and wait for approximately 20 minutes for someone to come out and tell you that your meal was ready at which time you would get up from your table and go pick it up yourself. I was not impressed.

Drive thru at night is the worst! Waiting 25 minutes for 2 burger meals & a shake! I now remember why I don't go to the Causeway location.

Perfect setting for a quick and quiet place to grab a bite. Kids love the crane game inside but be prepared not to win anything.
