China Wok

I ordered vegetable chow mein from this restaurant. What arrived was a to-go box full of vegetables and only vegetables. I called the restaurant to request a refund as I didn't receive what I ordered. They told me I was wrong and that this is what chow mein is. As you can see via a simple google search, chow mein has always and will always include noodles. Apparently at China Wok that's not the case. Instead of issuing me a refund, they hung up on me and 45 minutes later someone showed back up at my door with lo mein, which is not what I ordered or wanted. I'd already eaten at this point so the lo mein just went in the trash. So, to sum up my experience, I didn't receive the correct order, I was told I was wrong and chow mein is supposed to only have vegetables, and was refused a refund and instead given something I didn't ask for. Awful experience.

I’ve been going to these guys for 7 years since I moved to Florida from NY and they’re the best! Food is fresh! They Never forget anything you order, they’re sanitary and quick. I moved further away and I still drive to them since they won’t deliver my way.. that alone should speak for itself bc I hate driving lol this rating is good for pre and post covid! They’ve never missed a beat. I like them better than win win for ppl who need a comparison. Hope my opinions are helpful :)
