Mcdonald's

They're a 24hr location.. I work night shift and come here for that reason. Every night they claim to be cash only which is fine but seem frustrated when I order anyways with cash. Then give me the worst of the worst order everytime. My order is simple and basic and they still manage to mess it up everytime. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this is getting ridiculous. I ordered a 20 piece nugget w/ BBQ sauce. And a triple cheese burger only onions. Nuggets are cold, no sauce And my burger is a double smothered in Ketchup. This is annoying.

I went through the drive thru last night. It was pretty busy but they only had one person working the window. They were in the process of closing down one of the lines, but things got really backed up, it was really slow, and they even skipped me when taking turns taking orders between the 2 lines. When I finally got to the window, I was told my order was $19+ and I had to tell her that it was supposed to be be $9+. She rechecked and said "Oh yeah, $9+." After I paid, I was handed my bag of food (just a burger and fries), and I sat there expecting my drink. She finally looked back and wondered what I was waiting for and I said I was supposed to have a medium Coke. She looked down at the counter at several drinks that were prepared already, just grabbed one and handed it to me. She did apologize for the confusion saying that she was the only one working the drive thru (including paying/order delivery). The worst part was that when I got down the road and drank some of the drink, I discovered that it was a Diet Coke, not regular Coke! Yuck! It was late (after 10PM) and I was too far away to turn around and go back to swap it. The only good part of the experience was that my burger and fries were fresh and hot, and my burger's special order was correct. But the service this time was dismal!

Every single time I come to this store there's a problem, without exception. I always go through the drive-through and something's always wrong. They always forget to give us the drink that comes with the happy meal, every single time. Their cheeseburgers are always smashed to hell. They forget sauces. And once I got a quarter pounder that looked like it had been broken apart and then tossed back on the bun. From now on I'll drive past this store to get to another one.

Me and my mother went to get something to eat before a hockey game when a young employee named Asia was at the 1st window, we drove up after giving our order and my mother didn't know if there was enough on one card so she handed it to her stating that. When it declined, my mother made a joking statement saying "I guess there wasn't enough on that one! I'll get another one" and handed it to her. Before she could, Asia said and I quote to another employee"it's her card, she's wasting our time acting stupid" This isn't acceptable to be rude about a customer right in front of them at the window. Please say she will at least get a warning about this
