Just had the worst experience at this location which I frequent on a regular basis. This morning I ordered a sausage, egg and biscuit meal without the cheese plus hash browns.
These people had to nerve to sale me mushed up pieces of hash brown crumbs and to make matters worse they gave me just a biscuit no sausage, egg or nothing but charged me $7.62…Tried calling to complain but of course no one is answering the phone SMH
I would leave zero stars if possible
Edit: after calling 20+ times over the course of an hour, I finally was able to speak with someone named Jasmine who refused to refund my order and didn’t even bother apologizing for their mess up. Great customer service Chick-fil-A! It was their pleasure to screw me over

Very disappointed.... I specifically said no cheese due to my allergic reaction to cheese. It says on my box no cheese. What happens when I get back to the office and open it, CHEESE 😡.. Can’t take it back until I get off ( lunch ruined). Tried to call them to express my disappointment and no answer. This is/was not pleasurable!!!! Glad i didn’t take bite before looking at it!!! That would have been a bad situation for me 🥵 #zerostars

This is the worst experience I’ve had at this location and I’m a regular here.
We had to go inside after being in the drive through and getting our order wrong, then had to go there a second time!
By the time we got home and actually looked at all the food it was dingy, not filled all the way, and our drinks were incorrect. I didn’t even want to write this review but now they’re not answering the phones! This was giving low quality service today

I'm not sure what's going on with this restaurant. Last order didn't include sauces as asked and then ordered delivery again and there was NO sauce added. And the sandwich looks like someone bit into it. Can't get ahold of the restaurant by phone to correct this so here I am.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location cannot make changes to their Cobb salad. FYI everyone does not eat pork. You should be willing to make accommodations. This is the only location that has ever told me that they are not able to remove items from a salad. Do not come here! Go inside the mall or drive further down 60 they have much better experience.

Most of the food is good, but the fries are horrible now. They are almost always overcooked. What happened to the golden fries I used to love 😔❤️.

They were fast and the food was fresh. There was a young black man working the drive thru area who was very tentative and had great customer service skills props to you guys for the wonderful staffing. We were having a meh kinda day and just his simple concern to ask how we were doing today went a Long way. Just to know someone cared to ask.

Fantastic location. I frequent chickfila, but the sandwiches I ordered today came out so flawless I literally picked up my phone to write this review. They were incredibly busy and the order was out in less than 3 minutes. 10/10.
