I live very close to this location and have frequented it for many years, at least 1-2 times per week. Before Covid it was a pleasure to visit here, the employees were all very nice and seemed happy to be at work. But that has changed. The staff is either too busy talking to each other or seem like they are being inconvenienced to take your order. Seriously no one is ever smiling. I know some do not care about staffing issues but it is just such a shame to see this happening. Everyone use to be so upbeat there. The food has also gone down hill. Over cooked chicken nuggets, barely any fries in the containers. I hope someone sees this and will try and make some changes.

Used to come here pretty frequently. Ive had the same breakfast order for years. As of today I was told I can’t ask for well done(crispy) hash browns, but can have them fresh. I received neither crispy or fresh hash browns. I’ve literally ordered the same thing for years so I will not be back.

😟 I was afraid of this day and it came a lot sooner than I expected. I knew that when I spoke so highly of anything or anyone, something.. something would be brought to light. It's not fair that Chick-fil-A charges the exact price of a whole other sandwich if you get double meat. I don't make it a habit of order an extra meat on this specific type of sandwich due to the normal nature of its thickness. But this time and some others it's actually twice as thin and could actually use a little extra meat. Customer is not always right. But I really feel like in this case I definitely should have been right maybe even just hardened due to the fact that nobody asked maybe to look at my sandwich or ask if maybe they can get me a thicker sandwich. Or ask me is everything okay is there something wrong with my order maybe. I'm sad to find out that none of those questions were asked. And I won't take great energy to this and already forgiveness while now taking a look at myself. 🙄 None of us are perfect.

Had an excellent deliver experience through Doordash. Our food came to our place very quickly from this location. All the food was freshly warm and was enjoyable. Would definitely order from this location through Doordash.

Got spicy chicken. Was undercooked. Ended up sick as a dog for a good day. It did taste good going down. Not so much the other way.

I visit this Chick-fil-A location regularly and always receive outstanding service and food! I eat at Chick-fil-A at least once a week and have visited many locations and this one is by far the fastest Chick-fil-A and most consistent.

It's summer of '22 and the kids play area is still closed. I know they need to maintain the illusion of safety and use the "just in case" or "playing it safe" but seriously other Chic Fil A locations have an open play area.

Anytime you wait at a fast food restaurant for longer than 20 minutes and receive items you paid for in anything other than absolute perfection then we have a problem. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwich meals. The buns were stale to the point they crumbled and broke apart as you pick up the sandwich. It wouldn’t have been bad had it not been the first my companion had ever had Chick-fil-a. I nearly forgot to mention the lemonades appeared to be stretched as both drinks were filled to the brim with ice. Very little lemonade in my ice cup. In a nutshell our meals were nothing more than a piece of grilled chicken on crumbly bread (very messy I might add), with undercooked waffle fries, and full cups of ice with lemonade flavor (much like a snow cone).
