Jimmy John's

This is the second time I have ordered here and gotten an entirely different sandwich. When my partner got home with the food and we realized it was wrong, he called immediately and asked what they would do about it. They said he can bring the sandwich and receipt to get the right one made. He told them they never provided him with a receipt and they said that unfortunately due to their policy they can't do anything about it. So now I'm out the money for the sandwich, and I literally have food restrictions preventing me from eating the one they gave us, so I get to just go without on top of all of it. Will not be returning customers. Their sandwiches are overpriced anyway, Jersey Mike's and firehouse both have better product and I've had much better success with their customer support

This location has been going downhill for years. Honestly I really love Jimmy John’s and their sandwiches and I love how fast and convenient they are, but I’ve really stopped ordering from this place because this location can never get our order right and they don’t care and their customer service is terrible. I’ve been hung up on because a worker didn’t know what to do and so her solution was to just hang up on me. I tried reaching out to corporate and nothing came of it. This store has really gone down hill, it was one of my favorite sandwich shops for the last 11 years but I won’t go there anymore.
