This is bad place . They ripped my son off. My son paid $40 for gas. He didn’t get gas. So he went to casher, casher ask him debit card to refund his money. A week later, my son see the statement, debit card was charged $40 again. So my son paid $80 only get $40 gas. The casher keep $40 . I talked to the manager, manager told me he will refund $40 on debit card. But they never refund it. When i went to shop ask again, manager delayed. What’s kind of theft store. Ripped off the people. Be aware, walk away from this store. Bad place bad owner

Worst service ever. I asked to put $20 on gas and they over charged me. The receipt says $20 but my account says $39.32. When I went to confront the cashier he said that was not his problem, to get with my bank.

Stopped going there even though it's the most convenient stop for me every morning. Horrible service. The employees in the morning do not greet or say thank you. I've seen them asleep behind the counter. They use profanity even when children are in the store. Will never go back and tell everyone to not to spend their hard earned money there.

The woman at the register, Cassandra, was wearing her mask on her chin, with mouth and nose exposed, while she waited on customers. Will not return.

If you're in a rush or even if you're not, DON'T expect to get in & out of this 7-11 quickly during the daytime. This 7-11 is the Worst one imaginable. Often there's a line inside of up to 10 people or more with one cashier while the other clerk is floating around sweeping or trying to look like he's doing something else.They are not friendly, courteous or professional in any way and not Worthy of your hard earned money. Hands down the worst 7-11 in this area, don't waste your time or money.

Less Stars!! There's no selection for negative star's. Atrocious the management the employees the way they stock the store and their reaction to your displeasure they need to just start over new staff New Management probably the owners the problem unbelievable I will not return to that 7-Eleven

The customer service here is terrible! The Arabs are whatever nationality they are, are very rude, angry and mean people. Tired of seeing it. Tried it with me once but I was with my son and didn't want to cuss one of them the hell out. Won't be giving this location my business anymore.

There was water all over the floor of the store and no one was cleaning it up. The bathroom was dirty and the sink was broken. At least the bathroom was open unlike most 7 Elevens that just lie and say that the bathroom is out of order.
