Burger King

I literally just left Burger King, the customer service there is terrible. I didn’t get her name but the worker that I had a terrible encounter with was a African American woman , she was wearing a red sleeping cap. I ask her if she can add fries with my order when I went up to the window. She rolled her eyes and catch an attitude. I immediately drove off. This happens on March 17 at 9:40 pm. If you don’t like ur job or your having a bad day, I get it. But no one ask her to work at Burger King.

I usually go to Chick Fil A and the encounter I had this morning at the Boynton Beach Burger King reminds me why I do. I usually only go to the Burger King off of Congress and Lantana, but I live in Boynton and this would’ve been a drive for me early in the morning. The Black ladies at that location are so accommodating and sweet. This morning, a middle aged White man with blonde hair served me and the experience was awful. He claimed that he couldn't hear me through his headset while taking my order, this was strange to me considering that when he asked me what I wanted initially, I asked him for a few seconds as I was still deciding, and he heard that perfectly fine. When I said that I was ready to order, he heard that perfectly fine and even told me to “hold on”. However, as soon as I began my order, he couldn’t hear me. Nevertheless, I drove up to the window upon his request, he took my order, and he wanted me to clarify my drink selection. I clarified this and repeated another meal order, as I was unsure if he heard me. He responds “Yeah, I know” in a really aggressive tone. With the way he was acting, I couldn’t trust him with my food and had to drive across the street to Chick Fil A. While he was taking me order at the window, I heard him telling the guest begin me to “hold on” as well. No “Hi, I’ll be right with you!” or “I apologize for the wait, please give me a moment”. Everyone has terrible days and I was giving him some grace but I could not spend money at this location after being treated liked that. It was as if he was going me a favor. Go to Chick Fil A

Went at 9:30 pm to drive thru. Car ahead of me drove off. I waited over five minutes to be acknowledged at speaker. No response. Drove up to window where a young girl saw me and walked away. Again I waited. Business hours on window said closes at 11pm. I decided to give it a shot and drove back around. There were now 4 cars ahead of me. No one was being helped. I called the store and the girl answered. I told her the situation and 4 cars are still waiting to be served. She said they wete closed. I said the hours posted was until 11pm. She said no one was there to work. I informed the other drivers on line. We all left. Terrible management at this location.

2022 updated review: NO fast food good food, but, I had unusual craving for junk food...this visit, Improved cooking and friendly attentive staff. My fitst review was 2 years ago....-Unfortunately, a poor visit...this location does not represent Burger King well....service was poor and the meal was prepared worse....the fish patties seemed double cooked , crunchy and filled with too much oil....however, it was dressed up nice in lettuce , onion tomato they forgot the pickle.....the french fries were awful as well....again seemed twice cooked...they were not only crunchy, they were crispy as well as too oily. I typically do not frequent fast food venues, however, Burger King is usually a cut above other fast food chains. Not this visit.

37 cent Whopper offer is a joke. My time is worth more than what they expect us to do to take advantage of their stupid offer in their empty going down the hill restaurant because nobody wants to go to those places anymore. Got to download the app and it gives a six digit numeric code to show the cashier and they say you have to pay for it online and supply your credit card information and the manager was no help in trying to navigate their stupid app. Go to a place like Texas Roadhouse and it's packed. The fast food joints suck empty restaurants need to close down.
