Not only was my sandwich hard, but they didn’t even add cream or sugar to my coffee. I should’ve just made the coffee at home. I typically do not write reviews, but I’m going to a meeting and i don’t have time to add the ingredients. I also don’t want to get my work attire dirty. Like I’m kind of forced to drink black coffee at this point.

Food poisoning all night thought I was gonna die! Missed work today now have to go to doc to prove it, thx and this photo the number doesn't work, employees are rude as hell. Rushed me even though there were literally no other people there. I haven't slept all night and now spoke to teledoc and they said I need to go to Urgent Care. $30 worth of drive thru cost me the loss of a days work, my health and now I have to go to urgent care and get IV fluids and blood work. thx BK! You are the worst!

Approached with trepidation due to negative posted reviews. How bad could it be? Parking lot empty. Uh-oh. Delighted to say we were served promptly. Touchless pay available. Whopper meal had fresh bun, lettuce, tomato and onion. Lucked out with the fries as they just came out of the fryer. BEST THING. Touchless, freestyle coke dispensing machine with over 30 drink options! Lots of caffeine free choices. SAD THING. No caffeine free Diet Coke. What’s up with that? This location accepts discount promotions. We got 2 whopper meals for $9!! Would not be surprised to learn negative reviews are race related as this franchise is proudly owned by an East Asian. Be fearless!

Just went through drive thru. Tried to place 2 orders, 2 different phone apps. The guy taking the order didn't understand English numbers. Go to the window, try to get it corrected and the lady charges full price on that one card. Had to get a refund after sitting in line! Why do your drive thru staff not understand how to do separate orders, how to use the mobile app. Don't even waste your time with this place!

Drove through and got a burger and fries and let me tell you, those were the best fries I ever ate! They were crispy, not greasy and didn't taste like oil the way McDonalds often does. The burger, once I got to it, was good too. I had to reheat it at home because I was so into the fries I didn't touch the burger until they were gone! I tried to call the manager to compliment him but unfortunately no one answered the phone.
