Ordered on line, orders were do perfectly. Much better than Subway. Order was to be ready by 6pm, just a few minutes late.
I asked if orders could be marked as to what they were because I ordered 6 sandwiches. Done by a numbering system that worked perfectly.

I did not like this location of Firehouse Subs it was the first time I had ever gone into a Firehouse Subs and it is also the last time! The employees were very young and acting immature and had their friends hanging out with them so they were not focused on the job it took forever to get a sandwich and it was overpriced and they misinformed me about my order I found it to be pricey not worth the wait and seemed like there was no management making sure that people are doing that job I don't have time for that the end product was not even worth the wait will not be going back

I like this Firehouse.. I always get the hook and ladder sub. Not much to say really.. they do a good job, staff was nice and the food came out fast
