Overpriced, mediocre customer service. Burgers were greasy. Cheap buns, literally falls apart from being too soggy. Fries are either limp or over cooked. And everything gets tossed in the bag without any love and care for the product they are selling. They are simply better burger and fries or there that even costs less.

The customer service is excellent! The restaurant was clean and inviting. There were several people waiting on their food were who seemed to be very nice and not loud. The food is delicious. The burger wasn’t dry or over cooked, it was well seasoned and the sesame bun was soft. The fries where not too greasy and tasted like organic potatoes. The sprite, well, it tasted like sprite but I like the fact the machine gives you an abundance of choices to choose from. Over all, I had a great experience and I would recommend Five Guys to my friends and family members.

UPDATE: Not happy with my purchase. Where's my fries? And no, they aren't under the burgers. I checked. Burger orders had toppings that weren't requested.
My favorite place to grab a burger. There's always an overflow of fries. The young lady at the register was really nice.

I purchased 3 burgers for my family, and fries. All the burgers were sloppy and the buns were so wet with grease, lettuce was old, the burgers were just poorly made. We have eaten here so many times and this was one of the worst experiences. My daughter and I were vomiting the entire night and my wife was sick from the food too.
These kids need to stop playing around with the food and try to be more serious.
People aren’t paying to get sick.

Lovely place it was very clean there and me and my mother had burgers and shared a malted milk milk shake first the milk shake was THE BEST milk shake I have every had in my life and I am not exaggerating and the burgers were just so good very juicy they were almost perfect the only thing that was wrong was that the cup seemed a little dirty? It had a little chocolate on it idk how but other than that it was very pleasant

Delicious burgers always made fresh when ordered. Very large selection of toppings, huge amounts of fries what ever size you order you'll get extra.

Had to update the review. Five guys is still a good spot however it's disrespectful to have my food and other people's order just sitting in cool air waiting while you take priority for "specific" customers. Taking advantage of customers who have patience is rude. If you guys are going, pay attention to your order!

Horrible customer service from the cashier. Workers the back more involved in joking around than cookng food. I have never had an issue here so not sure how new these workers are. The burger and fries tasted good but overall experience from this crew is not good.
