No music. Recently remodeled, now fully open, with a style reminiscent of a "we wish we were cheery" hospital cafeteria. No Self-serve Drink Station. Constant beeping from the kitchen. Friendly attentive staff. Several electrical outlets open so that you can charge your phone. And self-order kiosks for easy, accurate ordering, with a display that shows when your order is ready.

This is the closest McDonalds to my house, & it is the worst. Their customer service stinks as well. They have repeatedly fouled up my order, forgot items, and/or gave me a burnt dried up chicken sandwich.
When I have time, I prefer to drive further down the road to the McDonald's that is amazing, down by Woodbright and Congress.

Food is okay. I used the drive thru which was pretty quick since there are two lanes. The order was not accurate but I was already home so I guess I should have checked before I left the drive thru . They are currently giving out Mickey Mouse toys

Food: Good enough. The fries were fresh though and this is what is supporting the good enough phrase. The burger, seemed rushed.
Service: Room for improvement, when inconveniences occur.
This used to be one of the best McDonald's in this region regarding food freshness and service. I've been to that many in the South Florida area. But, today was a service disappointment. I enter, place my order at the kiosk, then proceeded to the register. No receipt came out of the kiosk (this is significant for this review). I inform the cashier, Bradley, I ordered at the kiosk After about five or ten minutes of waiting and employees repeatedly looking through orders to see if it was selected as completed Marie, a lovely lady, vented her frustration and became snappy with me by saying, "[if you ordered a receipt would have printed out]." This really is about how this was said. I reply, "I did place an order at the kiosk and no receipt came out. There must be no receipt paper."
It was at this point that I nearly walked out.
One Marie projected fault of the establishment onto me by implying I was lying. Not to mention she probably thought I was trying to get free food. This is an assumption. I would have just asked if that was the case.
Prior to Bradley calling Marie over I informed him I still needed to pay. Therefore, when Marie came over I am unaware of what the mix-up was about. She eventually figured it out. But, after the damage was done. I did say the wrong number, the first in a series of three. The number was 092. Nonetheless, for a McDonald's kiosk to have no receipt tape and to receive the frustration of someone, no matter how lovely, is not something expected to be experienced going to grab a bite to eat. Additionally, ensuring receipt paper is in the kiosk could have avoided this entire scenario.
When troubleshooting, diagnosing, why the order was not appearing there has to be a process in place. That process should have been explained throughout to create the illusion of not having an extended wait time.
Even with this inconvenience this could have been handled better. Then, this McDonald's would have more stars. Bradley was pleasant. But, in my opinion Marie that is not a good look in front of a subordinate employee.
After all of the waiting, stomach on E and growling, and receiving someone's frustration when this scenario was not my fault, no free extra fry or drink...
Redemption is always available with Adventurous Loner. If I visit again. My feelings are kind of hurt Marie. You made me feel bad.
Fresh fries really kept this from being a one star review. 😒😏

By Far the most Consistent McDonald's location for Hot and Fresh Food, and Nice Service, in Boynton for me. Not sure if this is a Corporate or Franchised location, but they sure have it together! Everytime! The new remodeling is on point too!

Nobody in there is using gloves I’m looking through the window as they making food not healthy or safe to watch somebody bite there nails and still go make food then when you point it out they go to speaking creole talking smack like nobody understands young man and the older lady that’s normally in the window is wonderful good customer service skills
Now we get our food it’s old and throwed together this is ridiculous

So I ordered and asked for a quarter pounder deluxe. We got it. I took a bite and no quarter pounder. I did not order a vegan qp deluxe. Went inside and presented it. A few employees laughed. They replaced it. I was not happy to get out to my now ice cold fries. First time I ever got a meatless burger. McDonalds quality is going down the drain. Sad. Used to be better.
