Mall cookie stores have been around forever and have been a staple of shopping visits. This one is standard fare but given all of the gourmet cookie shops and bakeries that have popped up recently, it makes this store full short of the high bar set. They do have some exotic combination cookies but they are not very soft or warm. Staff was not energetic but got the job accomplished. Overall it was ok.

I ordered a cookie and the girl at the counter was… unenthusiastic to say the least. Fine, she’s young BUT, I sat down to enjoy my dessert and she get on her phone. She didn’t change her gloves before or after I ordered. And then she starts eating a cookie. So the germs from her phone, mouth, whatever else she touched was likely ALL over my stuff. I tried to get a photo but she immediately sat it down. Disgusting. I threw mine away. $6 for a cookie, I think we all expect clean gloves.
To management- I tried to find a phone number or contact info on your website, and couldn’t find anything other than the store number.

I loved this place. Everyday when I was working at Greenwood Mall, I had my morning coffee and some cookies from there. The staff was really nice, and I liked to buy from them and talk with them everyday.
