It was so satisfying. We are from out of town and just googled restaurant and started looking at pictures (sorry we forgot to take ours, we ate it so fast). They also have take our order lane like fast food chains. Portions to me are big, also order the bang bang shrimp!!

I just wanted to get on here in hopes to maybe help you guys out because I actually enjoy eating here. you guys changing the brand of egg rolls u use is nasty! and The packaging that you guys chose to move to I don’t particularly like either I’d rather you have the plastic containers again.

Consistently a bad experience when we order the bowls on Fairview. Chicken is hard, beef is chewy. Rice is crunchy, white sauce recipe is different every time. Today I only received carrots as veggies. Apparently when my husband substituted his rice for veggies they just gave him mine.

I bought a chicken teriyaki bowl at about 120 pm and the veggies were looking rough. This stuff has clearly been sitting out for quite some time. I ate it, and other than being a bit stale from sitting out it tasted fairly ok. However, the chicken was a bit tough and obviously not cooked fresh. I hope I don’t get diarrhea or something. Not worth the $10 for sure. If it was discounted or something for sitting out so long I’d probably give at least another star or two. I won’t be back though.

Food is delicious everytime we eat here! I get the Steak and Chicken Combo Bowl or the Yakisoba with Steak! Also, the yum yum sauce😘👌!

Super sad to write a review on this. But I feel that it needs to be addressed. This place has always been our go to evening to-go-order restaurant. Lately though, the service has gotten worse and worse. Understandable though considering the way of the world now. But the food has gotten really bad. The spring rolls used to be absolutely fantastic. They were made fresh and couldn't be beat. Now, they are serving what seems to be out of a bag, frozen spring rolls. We've continued to order them, just to see if it was a temporary change or supply issues. But after a few months of them being off, I've got to say something. We've avoided Shogun now several times because of the food and service. And the longer we stay away the less we miss the food. Please being back the great customer service and excellent food that was once here.
