This Arby's is good! Staff is pleasant, never seen it extremely busy, and food is good. Eating and bathroom areas were clean. Food was hot and they had me at "would you like your apple turnover warmed up?"

I ordered a 5 piece tender with crinkle fries combo. My chicken fingers were good as usual. However, the fries tasted like freezer and looked grease filled. Very disappointed because they were inedible. When you pay for something and get all the way home and things aren't proper makes you feel like you wasted your money and it wasn't valued enough to make proper.

We were pretty disappointed with the night shift crew at this location. The quality of the food was great but the service was lacking. They forgot to include my curly fries so we had to go back, and the cheese was still cold on both sandwiches.
If we go back to an Arby's it will be at the 31W Bypass or Russelville Road locations.

We enjoy Arby's, but the fries were a bit off tonight, so we trashed them. We had a double beef and chedder and a Greek gyro and we loved them both. Staff was nice and we had a great meal.

All I can write is disgusting. Crinkle fries cold. Chicken nuggets lukewarm and a funny taste. How do you mess up chicken nuggets? Mozzarella sticks lukewarm and when you bite into them, solid no warmth to the cheese at all. Where's the beef on the cold roast beef? Spent 33 dollars. My 1st clue at 630pm on a Thursday night should of been run when they were not busy. The server not very friendly. Will not go again.
