Chick-fil-a

Man has this chickfila gone downhill. I frequent this location VERY often and the quality control just keeps letting me down time and time again now. I don’t know what’s happening or why. Almost every time I go or order for delivery, there’s something wrong or missing from my order, I don’t even want to complain anymore. This time, I ordered the new bbq sandwich, it comes with cheese… yet it was not included. How? Thank goodness we checked the bag before pulling off. I asked someone for help as I was in curbside and they bought me out a slice of cheese lol. I guess I’m supposed to warm the sandwich up myself so the cheese will melt, wilting the lettuce with my one piece of bacon and one squirt of sauce. Thanks Chickfila for an amazing lunch experience, can’t wait for Raising Canes to come!

Usually you’d expect employees to greet you , kind language & attention to make sure the customer has a great experience. My family and I would come frequently after church service. This time it was terrible coming here. The minute we entered the restaurant, all the employees were ignoring customers, foul language, most of the women responding with an attitude and playing around with the boys. While I was ordering with my husband the person was completely out of it. We kept repeating our order, he had shades inside, no manners and even gave me looks in front of my husband. What kind of person does that? While eating with my in laws they were singing songs with curse words while there were a good amount of customers just looking at them. There was even an argument that broke out and you heard everything! I’m certainly planning on not coming back. Please teach ALL the employees to have respect!!! He couldn’t even remember my name, he had to put “green shirt” on my ticket

I can say too much about this place. First of all, Chick-fil-A in general is much better fast food place. They are very friendly and courteous, andhave a good service. It seems to be a bunch teenagers are working there as any other fast food restaurants. I have been other full service restaurants in this area, too. This place by far has the best service. Others cost more and on the top of it, I have to pay a tip on top of it. Every time I visit, I have no complain here. I wish Chick-fll-A extend the business to sell other food...:-)

Worst chickfila food experience ever. The fries were cold, we drove straight from restaurant to our hotel (less than 2 miles away) we weren't in the car more than 5 minutes! They smelled bad too, so that sucked. Chicken sandwiches were not good. The temperature was fine but I couldn't finish mine, just tasted funny. My daughters nuggets were normal so they did one thing right. We came thru the drive thru after a baysox game at around 10:10pm. They were super busy but still no excuse.
