Completely unprofessional. Ordered online and received a confirmation it was ready for pickup. Person picking it up was told the order was never received so I called. Jordan, the gentleman who answered the phone, could not have been more rude. He was smug and called me “boss” and “bro” the entire conversation. I asked him why I was charged and received confirmation the order was was ready. He said “don’t know what to tell you, bro”. I told him I can come down to show him the screen shot of the confirmation. He said “trust me, you don’t want to come down here.” He is unprofessional and refused to put me on the phone with his manager. He ended the call by saying “ok boss” again. I’ve been going to this location for years. This will be the last time.

Because I don't eat pork or beef, I find it cringy that they only have one meat cutter when making sandwhiches. Just for ME. They also don't change gloves when touching food/other items. Pre-pandemic this was cringe worthy for me but now even moreso. I went for the first time the other day and watched them service 2 customers before walking out. The customer service was good towards the customers though. That seems to be lacking alot over the years.

Usually great but, our more recent visits have been less than that for sure. The staff is still usually very friendly but every time we order lately the chicken cheese steak has a bunch of burned flakes all through it. It is nasty. Plus the peppers are either left totally raw or overgrilled to the point of burnt. The turkey was slimy a couple of days ago. This was our favorite place to get a quick dinner out. From people who visited a minimum of one a week, this is really becoming a let down.
