This truly is my favorite BBQ place ever. The food is always consistently amazing. So many other BBQ places are hit and miss because of that. But it's never been that way anytime I've come here. The meat is always tender, smoked to perfection, and seasoned the exact same Everytime. It's incredible! And the banana pudding is life changing!! Watching Bob put it together shows just how much care they put into everything they make here. Everything is house made and you can really taste it.

First time coming here. Plenty of good parking. Nice handicap parking if needed. Love the decor of the restaurant. Picnic style tables with fun Decor throughout the store. Seem to be very clean. Ordered pulled pork sandwich with mashed sweet potato. Oh my...excellent slaw on the sandwich. Great BBQ sauses. My favorites were the sweet and tangy sauce, and the yellow Carolina Sauce. will definitely be back soon.

We were trying to figure out what to eat for dinner and saw a sign in the street saying Carolina BBQ and it immediately piqued our interest. We knew we were at the right place upon walking in and seeing the layout. Talking with the owners made me feel like I was in South Carolina and receiving the famous southern hospitality. Then there was the food. My wife decided on the Redneck tacos with chopped brisket and red skinned mashed potatoes. I choose the 3 meat combo with baby back ribs, pulled pork, and chopped brisket with Mac and cheese. Everything tasted even better then it smelled. The baby back ribs were so tender that I barely touched them and the bones fell away and every bite of all the meat tasted better then the one before. I have to say I Love Mac and cheese and their version is one of the best I have had at any restaurant. It had plenty of cheese to make it nice and gooey. The corn bread was perfect along with their butter. I love their take on tacos and the redneck version topped with slaw was just perfect. They had a lot of choices for BBQ sauces but loved their own the most. I have never had mustard BBQ sauce before but now I am not sure I want any other kind. The Carolina honey (made with mustard as well) was perfectly sweet and not too much. The south Carolina mustard is the one I loved so much we bought a bottle to take home. I wish I would have had room to try their desserts but just gives another reason to visit soon. If you want that southern hospitality with that home cooked meal experience I overwhelming recommend going here. It is the best BBQ I have had in the state.

I had the redneck brisket tacos and a side of the red skinned mashed potatoes. The tacos are fantastic with or without adding any BBQ sauce. My mashed potatoes had homemade gravy for the meat dropping and I would highly recommend it. I added a little of the South Carolina mustard BBQ sauce to my potatoes and one of my tacos!! The south Carolina mustard and Carolina Honey BBQ sauce we're so good we took home a bottle of each. Best BBQ I have had in Utah!! Will be coming back again and again!!!!

Went here for the first time today. We loved it. My wife and I shared a 3 meat plate. Our favorite were the ribs. We also enjoyed the pulled pork and the brisket. I really enjoyed the vinegar sauce for the pulled pork. The honey mustard sauce was also amazing. Honestly all the sauces we tried were great. Also I have to say I really liked the Mac and cheese. I could keep writing but I really liked this place. The owner was super cool and nice and I think we could have talked all night about BBQ. Will be going back.

I was skeptical eating here at first as it appears to be a hole in the wall. However, I got the lunch special with four ribs, a drink, cornbread, and Mac and cheese. It was fantastic! This place is better than R&R BBQ and I love R&R. The cornbread was without a doubt the best cornbread I have ever eaten, additionally the Mac and cheese was also the best I have ever eaten! I am a major critic so for me to concede that this place was amazing shows how good it is.

Probably some of the best and most authentic BBQ in Utah. Also a local business. We had the meat sampler plate and they were all good. I enjoyed the brisket most though and will definitely get it again next time. The place has a super chill atmosphere and feels very much like you are at your friends place for an evening of BBQ. I would highly recommend it if you're are in the mood for delicious awesomeness.

The owner Trey is a very nice, stand-up guy, and this place is amazing. The food is authentic and delicious! Great atmosphere! You have to check this place out! The cornbread is moist and tasty, the meats are juicy and the he has in-house made sauces. Also, if you're going to get the cornbread make sure you try the honey butter.
