Great pivot by Boulder Beer. The pizza is good. It's not the best pizza in the world, nor is it better than Denver staple, Blue Pan. I think the weakest point is the crust. It doesn't taste fresh and the texture is almost commercially made consistent. The toppings were fresh and cheese was melted and crisped well.
$1 refill on a soda is laughable at a restaurant like this.

Have loved Boulder Beer for years! So excited they have a downtown location. Great appetizers and beer selection; they even have some of the old Walnut staples on tap. Will definitely be back. Also, Jeb rocks; thanks for great service.

Great place to come with a group. New open layout has a great atmosphere. Happy hour is an excellent deal and food is all tasty and sizable portions. And Boulder beer is great! Bring friends!

Glad to see this place is great again. Love the vibe, the space and nice to find they have healthy options-not just pizza. Don't get me wrong. Detroit has met Boulder in a big way and the pizza is over the top and this from a Chicago girl. Perfectly crispy on the bottom, fluffy in top and great toppings. Hubby loved kale ceaser salad with salmon. Great beer lovers beer list. You will ❤️ this place!

Had several different pizzas and two salads for take out. Everything was awesome. Favourite pizza was the Pig 'n Fig (truffle dressing made it!). Also liked the Detroit Seven. Spinach and Pear salad was great. Would definitely get again and would love to try dining in.

This is the new best place to watch sports in Boulder. Boulder Beer is a significant improvement over the beer that Walnut used to make. The food is also significantly better and they have a wide variety of upscale bar food.
We were dining with vegetarians, gluten-free, nut allergy, etc. and there were multiple options for everyone. We all ended up getting burgers--which can be made with a gluten-free bun or veggie patty--and everyone seemed to enjoy the various combos of patties, buns, and toppings.

Food was good, but lunch service is weak.
Ordered the Brewers salad which was advertised as having bacon and croutons, but came with neither. They only had two waiters, which lead to then taking exceptionally long to take our order, and then the card reader system wouldn't swipe cards, which had our waiter making nervous, awkward conversation as he tried to swipe our four credit cards table side, reaching over us as we talked.
He was trying, and I don't mean to sound ungrateful or whiny, but it wasn't the best experience.
Bar looks cool, and beer was cold.

The bison burger 🍔 was the smallest burger I've ever had! The server said it was 5 ounces, but it looked more like the size of a white castle burger. Spoke to the manager and it appears they were't surprised regarding the size. Others in the group liked their beer and food. The atmosphere was nice and would be good for a group. They have a long way to go to work out the kinks.
