Most Horrible Restaurant experience so far: I placed the order @ 12:19 pm for a pizza delivery as i wasn't feeling well and couldn't cook. I was shown 2 PM as the delivery time on my email. I kept waiting and waiting and waiting and the order didn't arrive at all. I was unable to call the local store and the call center as the time on hold was more than an hour when I called several times. I kept waiting for pizza and stayed on call for more than 1 hour, nothing helped. So, basically, there wasn't any communication at all with the pizza hut. The online service doesn't allow cancelling the order. Once I started getting the headache, I had to figure out other restaurants which were opened as it was 4 PM already waiting for the pizza. Eventually, i saw even the next day my pizza order status was "we are making it".. After that, now i have received the credit card bill for this transaction. So, apart from credit charge, there was no pizza, no communication with pizza hut. Its the worst delivery experience i have observed from any restaurant so far. I am unable to reach out to the store for last 2 days. Call center experience was horrible too, they didn't know why my order was never canceled or delivered. They couldn't figure out why the store is closed. They didn't know if the store is permanently closed. They couldn't refund my money. Their supervisor was proudly offering this customer service. They didn't offer any courtesy credit or anything to share the pain. They couldn't contact anyone locally. Online order, No Pizza, No communication, ONLY Credit card charged. Not sure if its any different than a fraud!!!

Ordered online for a pick up and after the website let me order 70 bucks worth of pizza with no issue I went to pick it up. After waiting in the store for 5 minutes before someone came to great me they then proceed to tell me they don't have the trust I ordered and therefore my items weren't there. They claimed they called me to let me know but by no means did that happen. Either the website should not allow me to order things they don't serve (they make you put in the store before hand so they should be able to give their exclusions) or they should stock the only store within a 20 mile radius with ingredients.

I have lived all over the US and had Pizza Hut from all over the US and I can easily say this location has to be at least in the bottom 10 locations. When they do get your order correct it takes 2 hours to get to you. However, then getting it correct is not common. The final straw for me was this last experience. I ordered 2 pizzas and both came cold, hard as a rock, and shuffled all over the box. I called the store and couldn’t get anyone to answer as I wanted a refund. So, I took to their website hoping I could get in touch with someone that way, email or waiting on hold for their toll free number (which they say not to use for order issues) was my only option. I wanted my pizza replaced, nothing more, nothing less, but given the customer support options that was unavailable to me. Finally, after waiting on the line to get an answer from the store for 40 minutes I et someone. At this point I’m so exhausted that I don’t push the point and just take the pizza credit they offer because I don’t want to deal with it anymore. Well, tonight I finally called and used this credit. This is the reason I will never order Pizza Hut again: First, they never applied the credit as they said they would, so I had to relive the experience all over again and deal with 2 very annoyed employees to get the credit added. Okay, maybe a simple mistake, just went ahead and ordered my pizza. The pizza arrives to my house, they ask for a delivery fee even though a delivery fee was part of my original order that they messed up the first time. Then, the pizza when it gets inside is wrong heat again! When you’re trying to make things right for a customer you could at least get their replacement order correct, it just shows they have no concern for their customer base. I’ll never order here again and would urge anyone considering ordering here think twice.

Delivery driver did not have my pizza in an insulated bag and it was delivered lukewarm. Bottle of Pepsi was warm. I called and asked them to bring me a cold drink. They said that they would but they never did. Wasted $22 on food I couldn't eat and a warm drink. Horrible customer service. I agree the owner should fire everyone and start over.

They do not answer the phone at all. Update: 1/17/2020 Occasionally crave pizza hut but I forget I crave pizza hut from a different pizza hut. I'm pretty sure the staff here tries to discourage the inconvenience of repeat customers. Tonight's thing was lots and lots of Oregano all over my pepperoni pizza. This seems to be their new fun ingredient cause I got it last time too.

I feel sorry that the reviews are so awful, I have ordered Pizza Hut four times in a month and a half and I get the same thing each time - veggie lover's pizza, Parmesan crust, cheese bread and occasionally the irresistible hershey's brownie. (gotta resist diabetes) LOVE their food, awesome delivery service, great delivery people. Good discounts also if you sign up for their e-mails. Pizza hut NEVER disappoints me.

Awful! Save u the trouble and order from dominos! The food was cold, and it looked like the boxes were smashed. The presentation was awful. They took over an hour to deliver. The driver forgot the 2 liter soda we ordered he was really nice tho probably the only good part about the whole experience. This is why I will never order from here again!! Dominos is wayyyyy better the food is always hot and fresh!They never have forgotten anything and they deliver in 30 mins or less!! PIZZA HUT SUCKS. DOMINOS FOR THE WIN!

I actually love a specific pizza at Pizza Hut, had been a loyal customer for more than a year at this location, ordering once a week, every week. Then one day they lost my order, kept hanging up on me, calling me names, and being flat out disrespectful. Corporate didn't care, store manager didn't care, and now I no longer order from them. After seeing all these reviews, one would think that Corporate would care! Who ever owns this store must be independently wealthy and take pleasure in treating customers like crap.
