Today I was in for a quick lunch and the manager was helping an elderly gentleman. Although he had difficulty choosing a sandwich and subsequent ingredients, your employee was very patient and loving. Even with a lunch line forming behind him she remained kind and helpful. Bravo!!!

5 stars solely for the employees because I'm certain the owner keeps this place intentionally understaffed with a sign asking for sympathy for the ones who showed up.
More often than not the sandwiches I get here are the perfect example of a subway sandwich. It's not a fine dining sandwich but sometimes you're left disappointed even at a subway sub. Here thankfully that's typically not the case.

Food is good. Overcharged for a charity I didn’t say yes to and was offered money from the tip jar to refund the charge by the manager. Awkward to say the least and I didn’t accept the refund.

I had the greatest time last night, never had anything like it before. And will never be able to match the satisfaction. 10 out of 10 recommend pickles on the meatball sub with extra mustard.

Their veggie delight sub is delicious. I have them add all of the other veggies to it as well. Clean with good quick service

Ordered a wrap off their menu only to be hit with a price that was 3$ higher than what i wanted. I pointed out that this wasn't the price on their sign, but i was told there was 'nothing they could do', since the offer was not in their system. Yeah, I'm not pleased.
-edit- The issue was later fixed by the same clerks who refunded me the price and gave me a free cookie with an apology and an explanation.

Walked in the door ordered my sub and when it came to wrapping my sub in its paper the short haired woman with red died hair was helping at the register. She was grabbing sub sandwiches with her bare hands. When she was told to put gloves on she hid the sandwich and wrapped it anyway and gave it to the customer. So touching money and customers sandwiches with no gloves. She should be fired. It's never been ok to touch sandwiches with out gloves on. I don't care if it's busy and you have alot of customers. PUT YOUR GLOVES ON
