My online orders are consistently prepared incorrectly. Where did the olives come from? Weird because they're not listed on the receipt. But more than that, apparently the idea of "light on the sauce" is completely void from this place. I am not interested in a Dairy Queen-style sandwich blizzard with equal parts liquids and solids.

So I order my sandwich through the app so it's ready when I get there. I stand near the Express Pickup sign and wait. The person taking orders looks me up and down, doesn't even glance at my sandwich behind him & then goes back to taking orders. This sort of behavior should be unacceptable for a company that goes through all the trouble to allow their customers to skip the line by ordering ahead of time through the use of an app. & I think they actually ended up deeming his behavior unacceptable and let him go because I haven't seen him there in a while, so 5 stars.

The people are rude, they obviously don't want to even be there. I get eyes rolled at me and get talked to with an aggressive tone because I'm not fast enough because I stutter when I talk. I mean I understand they want to make money and get as many people through the line as they can, but that's uncalled for. Not very happy people.
