Sushi Hana

Tiny portions and way overpriced for what it is. Today I ordered: - Monkey Brain - Miso Soup - Pittsburgh Roll - 2 x Salmon Avocado Rolls The rolls were atrociously small. I eat Sushi all over the country and these rolls were by far the smallest I have seen so far. Which is why 3 rolls fit into one box. The amount of soup I got is also smaller than any other place I have tried in Boulder. The end result was $45.65 for something that doesn't even get my wife satisfied (no pun intended). Take a look at the picture and tell me its worth more than $12 total. Because another issue is that the Sushi really isn't very good. Even ignoring the tiny portions. The Monkey Brain was just textureless and without the sweet sauce would have been not all that edible. I had ordered this through Hungrybuffs, the total including delivery and tip for the driver was $56.05.

I have never written a review in my life before but I am irate to the point that I want this restaurant shutdown. With their fake cardboard sushi and rotten fish. I took one bite and threw the whole meal away, I wouldn’t even feed a tiger this, fast forward a couple months and my girlfriend got so damn sick and food poisoned. DO. NOT. EAT . From here. Period

Me and my friends had to walk preatty far from our school but it was worth it because the sushi was like nothing I've ever had before! It wasn't booming with flavors so I could actually taste the tasty fish but it wasn't underwhelming either, it was just right. The decor and furniture really suits the place well.

Sushi Hana is my favorite sushi restaurant in Boulder! There has never been an issue with any of the food, which is always delicious and very reasonably priced. The people who work there are super sweet, and the restaurant itself has a comfortable atmosphere. It's never crowded so you can stop by at any time and get a table. My food has never been cold when I ordered carry-out; they prepare carry-out orders pretty quick (15 mins for 3 items last time I went) so anyone who had an issue with their food being cold might have waited too long. I highly recommend the calamari and the galaxy roll! If you have a sweet tooth, Sushi Hana also has a variety of mochi (green tea/red bean are my picks) along with other dessert items.
