There is no dining inside and if you’re in an emergency to go to the restroom good luck. Although, the food was good and you could choose for all sorts of boba teas. I ordered Chai tea boba which was excellent.

I tried the Boba Milk Tea (Royal Milk Tea) and the Jasmine Milk Tea. As an average boba drinker, the lack of option to change the level of sweetness or ice can make or break the drink. Personally, the drinks were too sweet for my liking but they were not watery. The texture of the boba was consistent and the drinks were a good size.

Went in, didn't like the operating practices, left without ordering. Parking is undesirable, this location is meant for pedestrian traffic that doesn't pay attention to how their consumable goods are prepared.
Colorado Blvd location is where it's at.

They have a wide array of tasty food and drink. I got the mozzarella sticks and guava juice this time and they were delicious. I'm looking forward to coming back again and trying other items.

I’ve been going to this store since I attending CU in 2009 and they are always improving their store. They have so many good food options and snacks to pick from, but it’s the boba snow drink I typically get. They are willing to mix flavors so, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can do some cool mixes (I typically get lavender and jasmine). They also have small boba as an option if you’re new to it and just want to give it a try.

Arrived here at 10:12 AM on a Saturday, no one was there and it wasn't open. Hours say it should be open at 10AM. I had already driven out of my way and paid for parking, so I was pretty disappointed. I came back in fifteen minutes and someone was there though. Earl Grey Milk Tea was good, a bit on the sweet side, might want to ask for less sweet. Would have given more stars if open at the right time.
