Very slow service❗️. I ordered ahead so I could quickly pick up and go. Nope. Food wasn’t ready even though it was only 2 bagels. The employees had a friend hanging out there keeping them company I guess. That’s why they didn’t get to my order until I arrived 😡 very annoying ‼️

Thrilled that this central location opened up again but they are always just closing by the time I get over there. They used to be open til 5 pm. Even staying open til 3 pm would help. I would go weekly to buy a dozen bagels plus sandwiches if they didn't close so early. Our whole family is frustrated by this limited schedule. How can they pay rent at this central location and have such limited hours? I will say that in the past the service was terrible the last hour of the day. I hope they will train their staff to be fully available to take care of customers until their closing time. Cleaning should take place after closing. Ignoring customers, saying that the slicing machine and coffee machines are closed down for cleaning an hour before closing is just.... lazy. Hope they can make changes and welcome back their biggest fans and customers in the near future.

I've been to several Einstein Bros and this is easily the worst. The coffee was good, although there was coffee all over my cup when handed to me. But it took about 35 minutes to get my bagel sandwich, and the bagel itself was soggy with undercooked sausage. No tables are open since indoor dining is closed, so I stood while waiting.

Don’t go here they don’t know how to treat customers and they don’t know how to make an order correctly go to Moe’s Bagels it’s down 28th on 3267 28th St. It’s literally like a five minute drive away from this place don’t go here an waste your money

I come here on a pretty regular basis as it's pretty close to my work and the prices are good. The food is usually good, but the service is inconsistent at best. When I order, I have to ask more often than not for two eggs, as they automatically assume one. It's several hours before I'm going to eat again, I want as much as I can get in the morning. Sometimes they'll charge me for a second egg and not give it to me. Or like today, they charged me for one when I had to correct the cashier to give me two, the girl standing behind him nodded at two, then proceeded with telling me to my face my order with two eggs, and still the sandwich only has one. Other times there's egg on the bags, or chocolate on the cups when I order a mocha. It's unfortunate, as I'd love to keep frequenting here, but I'll find a quick breakfast elsewhere.

Lots of comfy armchairs, tables or high chairs to sit at, nice decoration and ambience. The bagels are pretty good, with tons of options and other menu items. The coffee is Starbucks quality, but a little cheaper! And the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Staff very rude and confrontational. Consistently have made my orders wrong. Managers seem to think they dont need to wear uniforms. Won't refill napkins; all tables, floors and chairs always very dirty will not return and will be contacting franchise owner regarding my experience.
